Rate Case Management
The ROI intake and project management site for the 2025 PREPA/LUMA rate case.
Under its authority in Section 6.25 of Act 57-2014, the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (the "Energy Bureau") establishes the requirements to ratemaking and rate review procedures. The Energy Bureau has primary and exclusive jurisdiction to establish and approve, under the general rules in Section 6.25, rates and charges proposed by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) in connection with any electric power service. The Energy Bureau is currently reviewing a filing by LUMA, on PREPA's behalf, requesting an adjustment to electric utility rates. This website is to facilitate the submission of and response to Requests of Information (ROIs) by parties in the rate case. It is also used as a shared site by the Energy Bureau's expert consultants.
For more information about the PREPA/LUMA rate case, or to file a Petition to Intervene, please visit the Energy Bureau website at energia.pr.gov.
